Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre

Consisting of a new 50m outdoor Myrtha Pool with movable boom and entry ramp, refurbished indoor 25m pool using Myrtha Renovaction, a new Leisure pool with various zones including a separate tots pool and a new spa pool, the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre is a bustling aquatic centre providing a wide range of experiences for the community. Each pool is serviced by a commercial sand filtration system, UV clarifiers to the indoor pools, automatic chlorine gas sanitation systems and separated gas-fired heating systems.

Scope of Works

•  Development of design concept drawings by others to a complete, coordinated buildable design
• Production of shop drawings for swimming pool construction contractor
• 3D modelling of all plant and pipework runs to facilitate simple installation onsite, coordinating with limited vertical spatials and numerous complex pipe runs through narrow pipework corridors.
