Northern Gold Coast Sports and Community Precinct

Proposed for construction in 2020, the Northern Gold Coast Sports and Community Precinct will be home to a sub-regional Aquatic Centre that includes a 50m Competition Pool, and indoor 25m Program Pool, and outdoor Learn to Swim, and interactive play pool and a warm water therapy pool. The facility will be provided with high-end filtration and sanitation systems and be a pinnacle for new-age aquatic centre design.

Scope of Works

Design and documentation of:

• • Initial schematic design assistance to develop pool concepts, identify risks and investigate operating requirements.
  • Design and documentation of high-performance filtration, heating, sanitation and circulation system including integration co-generation system, solar supply and pool thermal over-heat system.
  • Development of water feature circulation systems to provide integrated interactive system across a variety of elements.
